Description
The former barn located in the yard to the south of Fernhurst Court is a good example of a Victorian stone barn. It is large and features quoins and round "eyes." The barn is designed to take advantage of the sloping terrain, with shippons situated at the lower end in the farmyard and the barn itself at the upper end, closer to the fields.
