Description
These cast-iron railings and associated dwarf walls form the forecourt and side boundaries to St George’s House. Dating to approximately 1855, the railings are spear-headed and stand upon low ashlar walls. The design includes principals with cone finials. Some sections of the railings have been renewed. The railings enclose a garden area, extending from the rear porch, along the left return of the house, to the front entrance and yard wall.
