Description
Fatfield House is an early 19th-century house located on Vigo Lane in Harraton. The front elevation is rendered, while the gables and rear are made of sandstone rubble and brick. The roof is covered with Welsh slate and features stone gable coping. The house has three storeys and three windows. The central entrance includes a half-glazed door set in a raised stone surround, topped with a moulded hood. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are framed with raised surrounds. At the rear, there is a full-width, two-storey offshot that includes a one-bay, one-storey return. To the right, there is a high garden wall that is ramped and connected to the house, featuring a round window. Inside, the house has decorative architraves, and the staircase has decorated tread ends with two plain balusters for each tread and a narrow handrail.
