Description
The Grange Farmhouse is a house, originally a farmhouse, dating to the 17th century with later alterations. The rendered walls contrast with a steeply pitched pantile roof featuring a low coped gable parapet. The house is two storeys high, with a low second storey, and has four bays. A modern door is centrally positioned in the second bay, with a blank wall above it. The ground floor has a two-light window, while the first floor has a three-light horizontal sliding sash window, both indicating later alterations. The right return, facing the lane, is built of coursed squared sandstone rubble.
