Description
Nos 105 and 107 King Street are early 19th-century buildings constructed of ashlar, featuring three storeys and a slate roof. Each building has two bays with re-glazed sash windows. The ground floors have modern shop fronts added. The windows are adorned with moulded architraves, and the cills of the second-floor windows are supported by brackets. Quoins are present at each end of the elevation. There is a stone eaves cornice and frieze. Notably, the floor levels of No 107 are slightly lower than those of No 105, suggesting that the current facade may reflect the uniform re-fronting of two late 18th-century properties.
