Description
North Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house, dated 1725 on the lintel. It is constructed of coursed squared sandstone and features a plinth, with a pantiled roof and two banded brick chimneys at the ends. The building is two stories high and has three windows. The central boarded door is situated beneath a large stone lintel that has the inscription "DP 1725" within a shield. The ground floor windows have lintels carved to imitate voussoirs, while the smaller first-floor windows have flat stone lintels. All windows are late 19th century sashes set in wide boxes, and there are no sills present. The low gable parapets are formed by large stepped blocks. The interior has not been inspected.
