Description
Killingworth Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared red sandstone with quoins and features a Welsh slate roof, which has stone gable copings and two banded ashlar end chimneys. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. The central entrance consists of a four-panelled door with an ornamental overlight above it. There are projecting stone lintels above the door and the sash windows, which have glazing bars and projecting stone sills. The eaves are supported by paired wooden brackets, and the gutter has been renewed.
