Description
Village Farm House is a building dating from around 1700, which was heightened and had its windows altered in the late 18th century. It has been recently restored and modified. The house is constructed of red brick and shows some traces of label mouldings above the ground floor windows. It features a stepped brick eaves cornice and a Welsh slate roof, which includes a new chimney at the left end, while the other chimneys are made of old brick. The house is two storeys high with four windows, fitted with modern casements and doors. At the rear, there is a pentice. A length of wall to the west likely forms part of the original farmstead, although the buildings behind it have been demolished.
