Description

No. 3 St Helens Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of squared stone, featuring tooled quoins and dressings. The roof is made of Welsh slate, and the stack has been heightened in brick. The building has two storeys and one bay. On the left side, there is a flush-panelled door with a margined overlight set in a chamfered surround. The house also has 16-pane sash windows that are topped with tooled lintels and have slightly projecting sills. The right gable is coped and includes a stepped end stack.
