Description
These farm buildings, located approximately 20 yards east of East Hepple Farmhouse, were built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of ashlar stone and feature a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are arranged in a U-plan with three symmetrical ranges.
The long rear range has a two-storey, four-bay center that includes four doors on the ground floor and four windows above. On either side of this central section are flanking shelter sheds, each with two segmental arches. There are also short projecting single-storey ranges, with stables on the left and byres on the right. The roofs of these ranges are gabled and have flat coping.
