Description

Victoria House is located at 15 and 17 Castlegate and dates from the 18th century. It is similar in style to the nearby properties at 11 and 13 Castlegate, but it does not have any shops. The entrance features a pair of doors topped with a cornice supported by brackets. The lintel above No 17 is carved with the name "Victoria House." This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 19 (odd) and No 23.
