Description
This is a cartshed attached to the left of Hepple Tower, dating from the 18th century and possibly incorporating earlier masonry. The structure has two storeys and features three segmental arches on the ground floor. One of these arches has boarded double doors, while the other two have later extensions in front with sliding doors. On the left floor, there are two square windows. To the right, there is a grotesque head, likely from the 18th century. The building has a gabled roof with flat coping and an old kneeler on the left side. There are also outside stone steps on the left return.
