Description

Two privy rows behind numbers 14 to 20 in Longhirst Village were built in the late 19th century. They are constructed from squared stone and feature a slate roof. The privy rows are located to the north and south of a yard entry between numbers 17 and 18, each consisting of six bays. The doors are boarded, except for the fourth bay of the northern row, which serves as an open shelter for dustbins. There is a third row to the north that has been altered and is not of interest.
