Description

Roddam Home Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of ashlar stone, with the rear rendered. It features a Welsh slate roof and has a central staircase plan, consisting of two rooms deep. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays, with a door located in a blank segmental-arched recess; this door has been renewed. All windows are 16-pane sashes, and the staircase window at the rear is broad and round-headed, featuring a raised surround and flat Y-tracery.
