Description

The Swinburne Arms is an inn dating from the mid-18th century. It has a rendered exterior with ashlar dressings and a Welsh slate roof. The building is 2½ storeys high and features three bays. The entrance has a 20th-century panelled door set in a raised alternating-block surround. On the ground and first floors, there are 12-pane sash windows with projecting sills and lintels. The second floor has small 8-pane casement windows. The roof is gabled with flat copings and kneelers, and there are renewed brick stacks at the ends.
