Description

This limekiln, located approximately 200 yards north-west of Park House, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed stone and features an artificial mound that contains a stone-lined pot. The structure includes a canted screen wall with three high semicircular arches. Inside, the arches are deeply splayed and supported by numerous corbels, leading to small square draw holes.
