Description

This fountain, located about 100 metres east of Beamish Hall Gardens, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar. The basin has a diameter of approximately one and a half metres and features a nosed edge. At the centre, there is a round column that stands about half a metre high, topped with a moulded design.
