Description
Wonders Tomb, located approximately 20 metres south of the Church of St. Margaret, is a headstone dating from around 1731. It commemorates Rebekah, the daughter of Robert and Dorothy Wonders, as well as her two sisters. The tomb is made of sandstone and stands about one metre high. It features a shaped top and a panel with low-relief decorations, including a skull on the left, a ring-fish, an hour-glass on the right, and a ribbon inscribed with the words "PREPARE TO FOLLOW."
