Description
The stable, cartshed, and lofts located to the north of High Burnlea farmhouse were likely built in the late 19th century. This structure is made of rough coursed squared sandstone, featuring brick quoins and dressings, and has a roof covered with pantiles. It stands two stories tall and consists of three bays. The front has three segmental brick arches supported by brick piers. The left arch contains two boarded doors that reach two-thirds of the height, while below the three segmental-headed windows, there are brick arches and sills, along with upper glazing bars. This building is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
