Description
The front garden walls and railings of Redgate date from the 20th century. They feature rubble stone side walls that are approximately 2 meters high, along with a low front wall made of rendered stone and brick. The iron railings are low and include urn stanchions, with a central pedestrian gate that is likely reused or reset. At the southwest angle, there is a brick and stone pier, which may have been rebuilt in the 20th century, topped with a reused stone ball finial on a moulded base. This finial has an iron pierced flag marked with "WT 1710."
