Description
The northwest and north-facing garden walls at Pentrebach House date from the mid-19th century and are likely built around the same time as the house itself. The boundary wall is approximately 8 to 10 feet high and constructed of stone with rusticated capping, while the rebuilt sections feature cock-and-hen cappings. Near the eastern end of the north-facing wall, there is a carriage entrance flanked by relocated ashlar gate piers with capping. Just to the west of this entrance, there is a plain opening for pedestrian access. The wall extends towards the roundabout and then angles twice to reconnect with the original line just west of Pentrebach House.
