Description
28 Cyfartha Road is a two-storey building featuring rubble fronts for the right-hand house and the middle three houses, which are rendered. The roofs are slate, except for No. 24, which has modern pantiles, and there are brick stacks, some of which are rendered. Each house has two windows, with original cambered openings and plain raised surrounds for Nos. 23, 24, and the three left-hand houses. Sash windows are preserved in No. 23 and the left-hand group, while No. 28 has small-pane glazing. The rendered houses have wide later margins around their openings, and the central doorways have mostly been altered.
Inside, the layout includes turning stone stairs that flank a chimney-breast within thick party walls.
