23 Cyfartha Road

23 Cyfartha Road is a two-storey building featuring rubble fronts for the right-hand house and rendered facades for the middle three houses. The roofs are covered with slate, except for No 24, which has modern pantiles, and there are brick stacks, some of which are rendered. Each house has two windows, with original cambered openings and plain raised surrounds found on Nos 23, 24, and the three left-hand houses. Sash windows are preserved in No 23 and the left-hand group, while No 28 has small-pane glazing. The rendered houses have wide later margins around their openings, and the central doorways have mostly been altered.

Inside, the layout includes turning stone stairs that flank a chimney-breast within thick party walls.
