The building stands three storeys high and features roughcast render and red brick, with mainly sash glazing on the upper floors. It has slate roofs and brick chimneys. There are a total of 23 windows at the top floor level, including a central group of seven windows set in moulded architraves, with the central window being paired. On each side of this group, there are seven elliptical arches over alternating sash and square windows, while the ends of the terrace have two windows at the centre. The first floor features alternating sash windows and square oriel bay windows supported by iron brackets, also with sash glazing. The ground floor consists of shopfronts, with those on the left having tripartite mullioned windows.
