Description
20 Moira Terrace is a late 19th-century terrace of commercial buildings with residential spaces above. It stands three storeys tall, featuring a combination of roughcast render and red brick. The upper floors predominantly have sash windows, and the building is topped with slate roofs and brick chimneys.
There are 23 windows in total on the top floor, which includes a central group of seven windows framed by moulded architraves, with the central window being paired. On either side of this group, there are groups of seven elliptical arches that contain alternating sash and square windows, while the ends of the terrace feature two windows at the center.
On the first floor, the design includes alternating sash windows and square oriel bay windows supported by iron brackets, all with sash glazing. The ground floor is occupied by shopfronts, with those on the left featuring tripartite mullioned windows.
