Description
The former changing room is a small, square, single-storey building with a flat roof, dating from the 20th century. It features a symmetrical facade made of coursed cast stone, with short parapets above a moulded cornice, a plinth, and a wide stone base. The central entrance is round-arched, supported by square piers that have bases and moulded capitals. The arch is slightly chamfered and has a hoodmould above it. On either side of the entrance are tall single-light windows with flat heads and moulded surrounds.
Inside, the entrance arch leads to a small vestibule with a quarry tile floor. There are doors to the left and right, as well as double doors straight ahead, all of which are boarded. The other elevations of the building are plain and constructed of snecked stone, each featuring two irregular window openings with flat stone lintels and stone sills, containing late 20th-century windows.
At the time of inspection, there was no access to the interior, but it is likely that the side rooms were used for changing, while the rear room housed the boiler plant.
