Description

8 Mansel Street is an end-terrace house dating from the 19th century. It features painted stucco and a slate gabled roof with boxed eaves, along with a shared yellow brick stepped-cap stack on the right side. The house is two stories high and has a three-window range of plate-glass sashes, with a central doorway that has a moulded surround. There is a moulded string course located just below the first-floor sill level. Access to the house is via a single step leading up to a six-panelled door with a deep plain overlight. Notably, the windows in the left bay have slightly lower heads, indicating that this bay was added later.
