Kingheriot is a substantial farmhouse built around 1860, constructed from squared rubble stone with rendered brick end stacks and featuring angle quoins. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows, which are adorned with stone voussoirs and slate sills. In the centre, there is a glazed door with an overlight. The farmhouse has a double depth plan. The north end wall includes two similar sashes on the first floor and one below. The front garden is enclosed by a whitened rubble stone front wall.
