Description
The churchyard walls and gates of Saint Martin's Church are constructed from stone rubble with stone capping. The walls are high on the south, north, and west sides, while they are lower on the east side facing Queen's Square, where they have been recently renewed. There is a recessed entrance on the south side, which is flanked by gate piers made of cut grey limestone. The entrance is rebated for double iron gates that feature spearheads on the dog bars and a scrolled top. Additionally, there is a plinth in the section of the wall to the west of the entrance.
