Description

Graig is a group of four simple classical buildings, each two stories high. The outer two buildings have a roughcast finish and feature three windows each, while the inner two have a scribed render finish and are two windows wide. The roofs are made of slate, with the building named Ancorfa having a hipped roof at the right end. The eaves are boxed, and there are three rendered chimney stacks and one brick stack. Ancorfa has rusticated quoins, while the others have cill bands. The windows are sash style, varying in type, and have lugged architraves with ornamental keystones on the ground floor. The outer doorways also feature lugged architraves with keystones, while the inner doorways have panelled architraves, though all doors are modern. The left end of the group is plain roughcast, and the right end is scribed render, which adjoins the building named Dolwen on Victoria Street.
