Description
Trimley Hall Barn is a 4-bay barn constructed from rubble, featuring slit ventilators, gable parapets, and a slate roof. It has two opposed entrances, both of which are narrowed, leading onto a threshing floor, with an additional door located on the uphill gable.
Inside, the barn has pegged oak trusses that include canted tie-beams, queen struts, a collar, and a ridge. The original opposing doors opened onto a stone threshing floor, which was flanked by a low wall, before the doors were reduced in width.
