Description

This is a two-storey house with an attic, built with a two-window front elevation. The exterior is rendered smooth, with quoins marking the corners, and a slate roof with rendered chimneys. The left-hand bay has a gable with bargeboard detailing, featuring a pointed two-light attic casement window with intersecting tracery. Below, there is a twelve-pane sash window with a rusticated architrave, and a canted three-light bay window with small-pane sash lights on the ground floor. The right-hand bay mirrors this design, with a twelve-pane sash window and rusticated architrave on the first floor, and a matching canted bay window on the ground floor. A stone garden wall is topped with iron railings featuring pointed finials.
