Description

This is a two-storey house located at 1 Plas Road, built in a style typical of its time. The front has two windows and is finished with pebbledash, featuring quoins at the corners. The roof is slate and has chimneys at both ends. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with nine panes each, which have later gables above them. The ground floor has a central doorway that is flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice. On either side of the doorway, there are sash windows with twelve panes each.
