Description

Mount Pleasant Terrace is a uniform terrace of two-storey buildings with a basement and attic, featuring two-window scribed stucco and roughcast fronts, except for No 5, which has three windows. The terrace has a slate roof with cresting on Nos 1 to 3, and rendered and brick chimney stacks. Gabled slate-hung dormers with casement windows are present, except for No 3, which has a modern flat roof attic. The buildings have sash windows below, mainly with 12 panes, although the glazing bars have been removed from No 4. There are moulded architraves and an overall first-floor cill band with classical brackets. The doors are half-glazed and modern, and there have been some alterations to the basements. The rear of the terrace is rendered brick with cill bands and small pane sash windows.
