Description
Smiddy Cottage is an 18th-century traditional one-story cottage. It is built of random rubble and has a skew gabled roof covered in pantiles. A rear wing exists, which was formerly an old smiddy. The building was once two separate properties; one section is now used as a store for the other. It stands opposite the kirk (church) at Hendersons.
