Description

Ferguslie Cottage is a single-storey, four-bay cottage dating to circa 1800. It was later raised to accommodate attic space. The cottage is harled with tooled masonry margins, and features a two-leaf door centrally located on the left front, approached by simple perron steps with cast-iron railings. A pend entrance is positioned on the right side of the building. The windows are four-pane sash and case. The cottage has a slate roof, incorporating one modern roof light, and coped end stacks.
