Description
4 Abercromby Place is a mid-Victorian semi-detached building that stands two stories high with a basement, located on a corner site. The exterior is made of coursed rubble and features a canted bay with one window and a pilastered doorpiece that has a cavetto splay. The building has reversed plans and railed steps leading to the entrance, which is topped by a central shaped chimney gablet. On the Glebe Crescent side, there are three windows, and the roof is slated and hipped. The west gable includes a side screen wall with one window and one door.
