Description

This is a picturesque range of cottages dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The buildings are constructed of white-painted stone and are set on a single storey with an attic, stepping down the levels towards the Buchanan Monument. Number 9 is larger than the others and has two full storeys. Modern additions, such as bathrooms, have been built at the rear of the cottages.
