Description
The North Church in Buchlyvie is a rectangular church building dating from 1757, which was extensively rebuilt both internally and externally during the same period. It has a pitched roof and features round-headed sash windows. The church was officially closed in 1970 and is now used only for ceremonial occasions. Included within the churchyard are pyramidal-coped, square-section ashlar gatepiers, a decorative cast-iron gate, and coped rubble boundary walls, which are listed as part of the neighbouring North Manse (LB45584). The statutory address is FORMER ASSOCIATED SYNOD CHURCH BUCHLYVIE.
