Description

81 High Street in Biggar is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. The structure is made of ashlar, with the ground floor painted. It features raised margins, quoins, and an eaves course, topped with a slate roof. The front has four windows, one of which is blind. There is a pend with a rusticated surround and a projecting shopfront at the ground floor. The first-floor windows have lying panes. There are stacks on the party walls and a one-window rear wing.
