Description
91 High Street in Biggar is a two-storey building constructed in 1866. It features ashlar stonework with a honeycomb pattern and raised margins, topped with a slate roof. The front has five windows with lying pane glazing, and the ground floor has been partially altered for use as a shop.
At the rear, the building is harled and includes a curved projection in the rear wing. There is a reset stone above the northeast window that is dated 1755. Additionally, the west elevation has a large semi-circular headed window, which was originally part of the North United Presbyterian Church, although half of the church has now been demolished.
