Description
55 High Street in Biggar is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. The exterior is rendered with painted margins and features a slate roof that is hipped at one end. The front of the building is symmetrical with three windows, although the ground floor windows have been enlarged. On the southwest elevation, there are three ground floor windows and one first floor window. Additionally, there is a modern addition at the rear of the building, and a corniced stack is located on the party wall.
