Description

This building at 32 High Street in Biggar dates from around 1840 and is two storeys tall. It is constructed of coursed snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. The front is symmetrical with three windows, and features clustered piers and an entablature at the doorway. There are hoodmoulds over the ground floor windows, a string course, and a cornice. The roof is slate, with coped skews and chamfered end stacks.
