Description
This is a late 18th-century manse, originally known as Glenfoot Lodge, located at 56 Main Street, Dundonald. The main building is harled and has painted stone dressings, with two storeys and three sash windows. It features moulded eaves and a ridge slate roof, including two hipped dormers and rolled gable skewes. A Victorian porch has been added, along with a single-storey supporting wing creating a T-shaped plan, and a projecting wing at the rear. A 19th-century garage, topped with a pediment, is also part of the property. Situated at the gate is a single-storey lodge with a distinctive curved corner and a low-pitched slate roof.
