Description
Auchenfail Hall is a late 18th century building constructed with coursed stonework. It has three storeys and features a facade with a wide central pediment topped by a finial coat of arms in the attic. The building is rectangular in plan, with the principal rooms located on the first floor. An office wing extends from the side at the lower level. Auchenfail Hall is set within wooded grounds and was originally known as Smithston House.
