Description

The Round House in Gruting, Fetlar, is an early 19th-century single-storey classical summerhouse, which is now in ruins as of 1997. The structure features a circular main chamber with lower wings extending to the east and west, which curve forward to flank an entrance loggia at the south, framed by engaged columns. There is a fireplace located on the east side of the principal chamber.
