Description

The stables at The Kennels in St Boswells date back to the early 19th century. They are constructed from pink ashlar blocks and consist of one storey. The building features six sash windows and a prominent wide pedimented gable that includes a round-headed attic window. To the right, there is another courtyard range with a central archway and flanking pedimented wings. At the rear, there is a two-storey range that is fronted in white ashlar. Additionally, a hay barn was relocated to the roadside along the A699 in 2004.
