Description
1-5 Moss Street in Paisley is an earlier 19th-century terrace of three tenements, each four storeys high and three bays wide. The building is constructed of ashlar stone. The ground floor features mainly modern shops, with a band course above and a moulded string course over the second floor. The windows are primarily sash style, with six panes in the upper sash and two in the lower. The eaves cornice has a blocking course over the central three bays (number 3). The roofs are slate, complemented by ashlar stacks.
