Description
15 Espedair Street in Paisley is a terrace of three 4-bay, 2-storey units, originally built as two houses each, and dated 1835. The building features painted rubble construction, squared at number 15, with ashlar margins, angle strips, and base courses. Each outer unit has two doors that are asymmetrically placed. There is a modern pend added to number 17. The upper windows are arranged symmetrically, with most being 4-pane sashes. There is a wider window located on the ground floor to the right of number 19. Each unit has an eaves band with a pedimented wall-head stack at the center. The roof is slate with ashlar end stacks.
