The building features painted rubble construction, squared at number 15, with ashlar margins, angle strips, and base courses. Each outer unit has two doors that are asymmetrically placed. There is a modern pend added to number 17. The upper windows are arranged symmetrically, with most being 4-pane sashes. There is a wider window located on the ground floor to the right of number 19. Each unit has an eaves band with a pedimented wall-head stack at the center. The roof is slate with ashlar end stacks.
