Description

No 3, North Green, Spittalfield is a pair of simple single-storey houses built from rubble. Originally, these houses were symmetrical with numbers 30 and 31 on the list, but item 33 has been raised and its windows modified to a two-light design. In 2006, the building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) due to its group interest. The listing covers both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
